The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The customer service at the front desk, bell man, and the taco restaurant and bar was outstanding. I was impressed when they upgraded me to a two-room suite when they didn't have the room I originally booked. The roll away beds for my daughter were surprisingly comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities like a flat-screen TV, remote control for the AC and lights, and a nice gym. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all the bars on 6th street and right by the convention center. It was a breeze to get around, and I loved how it was near South Congress and the hip East Austin neighborhoods.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with rooms that were spotless and offered a lovely view of downtown. The location was perfect, as we were right by the convention center and within walking distance of numerous great restaurants. The staff was friendly and informative, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had all the information we needed about local events. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and clean.

The staff was great, providing excellent assistance from the moment we arrived. Special mention to Julynna, who arranged our airport pick-up when we were facing technical difficulties. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular spots like 6th Street and the Capitol. The view from our room was simply spectacular. The restaurant served delicious food, and the waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a convenient spa area with lockers for changing. We also appreciated being able to use our loyalty points for this stay.
