The cleanliness was out of this world. Nothing looked touched like other hotels do. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool and a gym that was open 24 hours. The location was perfect for me - near downtown but far enough away to avoid traffic. It was also close to everything I required, including restaurants and stores. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially when I left my toothbrush behind. They were quick to assist without any hesitation. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, far better than the pictures on the website suggest.

The omlette bar at breakfast was a great way to start the day. The size of the room was generous and the thick carpet made it comfortable.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is located in a nice area of the city, close to everything I wanted to do in Austin.There are various restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient for meals.
