Value for money
The location was perfect for tourists like me, with most things in walking distance. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I loved that they provided bottled water in the rooms, and the housekeeping staff were very generous in giving me more when I wanted it. The concierge was super helpful, and the room had great natural light. I also appreciated the fact that I didn't need to take any local Uber rides since everything downtown was so close.
Nothing, it is perfect.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even made us laugh when we had a little mishap with our coffee. The location was perfect, right by downtown and close to all the music venues. We appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks within the hotel, as well as a bar for a quick drink. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch.
Nothing all excellent
The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the downtown attractions. We didn't need to use any local Uber rides, as everything we wanted to see and do was close by, including 6th Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and recognized us from the moment we arrived. They were always helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the room service, which was not only tasty but also convenient. The Nest toiletries provided in the room were a nice touch.
No complaints.
