The location was amazing, close to everything downtown. We didn't need to take any local Uber rides as it was conveniently situated near 6th St and Congress. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool on the roof, although the bar was closed. The room was very clean, and the pillows were amazing. Parking was cheaper than initially advertised, which was a great surprise. The staff, especially Mark who checked us in, were extremely helpful and welcoming. it was a great stay.

The young man who checked us in was very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit in the city. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the vibrant music scene, making it easy for us to walk to and from the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable with big towels and robes provided. We also enjoyed having coffee every morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the concierge was awesome, offering us helpful recommendations. we had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic! We loved the cleanliness and the beautiful lobby. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and close to everything we wanted to do in Austin. We enjoyed being able to walk to Rainey Street and explore East Austin. The bar was well-stocked and had delicious food, and it stayed open late which was great for us. The staff provided excellent service and the room service was quick. we had a great experience.

We were able to easily walk to and from the hotel, making our stay very convenient. The view from the pool was also excellent, with a nice vantage point of the city. The service in the lounge was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a better room for our honeymoon, along with a lovely gift of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries. The valet service was prompt and friendly, and the housekeeping staff was exceptional, providing everything we needed without us having to ask. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to downtown, and the staff's attentiveness made this a truly enjoyable experience.
