The hotel is in a great location downtown, close to all kinds of restaurants. It is conveniently located near business and entertainment destinations.- The hotel is within walking distance to all downtown attractions.- The staff, particularly Pamela Hamilton, the PBX operator, was extremely helpful with our group's reservation needs.

The staff arranged connecting rooms for our bachelorette party and provided a delicious and convenient breakfast. The hotel's location was ideal and central, close to the convention center and with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel better than home.

The staff was extremely helpful, allowing me to check in early and even securing a room with a view of a famous landmark in the city. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and hot tub. the hotel's location was ideal, with Lime scooter rentals nearby and easy walking distance to both the Capitol and popular attractions like 6th Street and the bat sightings at sundown on S. Congress.
Nothing to dislike, although possibly some mention of understaffing during my visit.
The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, including the Vogue Knitting event in der Nacht. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided, such as the pool and the lounge with tables and computers, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, bacon, fruit, and breads. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, especially Bryana Slasher, the front office supervisor, who provided excellent customer service.
