The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right next to Congress Ave and within walking distance of downtown Austin's main attractions, including the capital, 6th st, and the famous bat bridge. the staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly front desk to the attentive valet and bar staff.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness, with spotless rooms and fresh bed linens. The staff was incredibly helpful and the friendly vibe made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, situated right by Town Lake, allowing for easy access to beautiful views and walking distance to Austin's lively live music scene.

The hotel facilities were stunning, with a beautiful lobby and unique details such as textured tiles and wallpapers. The room was clean and had a gorgeous bathroom with marble and agate. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, with the hotel being close to the Convention Center and fine restaurants like Arlo Grey. Plus, it was a short walk to the bridge/river for bat watching.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location. The rooms were spotless and the hotel had fantastic amenities, including a great pool area with fire pits scattered throughout. The location was perfect, with easy walkability to bars, restaurants, and shopping, and a quick Uber ride to popular areas like Rainey St The staff was also exceptional, providing top-notch customer service.
The staff at the lobby and the restaurant "Corner" were amazing! They provided excellent service throughout my stay. The beds in the hotel were also great, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. the hotel facilities were sleek and modern, offering a pleasant ambiance. The location was fantastic, being centrally located in the downtown area, close to various entertaining spots. transportation options were easily accessible, and it was not far from the famous bat bridge.
While overall the experience was great, there were a few minor setbacks. The Labor Day weekend resulted in a crowded pool area, making it difficult to enjoy a swim.
