From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. They even showed us to our room in the adjacent building. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful facilities. The valet service was excellent, provided by young men who were polite and efficient. The location was perfect, as it was near the university and allowed for easy transportation around this city. We also appreciated the recommendations for food and the upgraded room we received. The breakfast was delicious, and we want to give a special shoutout to Splash, Tyler, and Jeshua for their exceptional service. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful, from the friendly and helpful check-in staff, to the attentive and efficient restaurant wait staff, to the valets who made parking a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with sparkling clean rooms and a lovely dining room. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with an awesome pool area for a refreshing swim, and beautiful sitting and eating areas both inside and outside. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the UT Campus and offering easy access to the vibrant energy of this city. I was thrilled to find live bluegrass band playing during my stay, adding a delightful touch to the already fantastic atmosphere.
